Health Minister Harsh Vardhan finds himself on the receiving end following few controversial statements. First he stated that number of AIDS cases can be reduced through fidelity. Now he says that sex education should be banned and focus should be on Value education. Given an opportunity to mock the government, Congress stated that his statement is reflective of BJP’s medeival mindset.
